Soul Data and TCI Research sign a MOU partnership for expanding Travelsat Data Solutions in Latin America.

Under a newly-signed agreement, Soul Data becomes the TCI/Travelsat Affiliate Partner for LATAM, offering all DMOs of the region closer and advanced access to world-leading Visitor sentiment and Destination Reputation analytics. Soul Data becomes through this partnership the regional point of contact for local and national destinations and their visitor experience ecosystem (accommodations, attractions, restaurants, shopping, theme parks, cultural and leisure activities…), opening unrivalled competitive benchmarking analysis and tailor-made dashboards for piloting destinations marketing and management.

Commenting on this new agreement, Olivier Henry-Biabaud, CEO and Founder of TCI Research TRAVELSAT© says:

We are delighted to have Federico’s new company bring the Travelsat solutions in a very important tourism region that also needs data to plan the expected recovery. While trip planners are more than ever driven by trust in destinations, the power of sentiment and reviews data has already shown great value and success in DMO’s rebound strategies in other regions. Soul Data is a natural partner for TCI in LATAM, we share similar DNAs and views on the critical need for converting (big) data into actionable insights to destinations through innovative solutions. The combination of the Travelsat international benchmarking database with the regional expertise and client service proximity of Soul Data is a great ticket for DMO clients in the region”.

Federico Esper, CEO and Co-founder at Soul Data, adds

“Adding Travelsat solutions to our data expertise and portfolio is a great opportunity to cover and analyze the full visitor journey for DMOs in Latin America. Travelsat is a leading data tool when it comes to measuring destinations’ competitiveness in delivering the right “full and safe” visitor experience. We are looking forward to contributing to tourism recovery and sustainability in the region by providing real-time data and generating the best insights into our destinations”.
